THE SURVEY
April 2nd 2007 sees the launch of the first ever national
survey of community pharmacy customers. Although participation is mandatory
under the new community pharmacy contract in England and Wales,
this is a great opportunity for pharmacists to find out what customers think,
and this can form the basis of rational business planning to improve key
aspects of service and enhance profitability.
