PatientDynamics is an approved survey contractor for the Department of Health NHS Patient Survey programme. More than 100 Primary Care Trusts have chosen PatientDynamics to perform the LHS survey since 2003. 100% of those who responded to our client evaluation survey said they were very likely or fairly likely to recommend PatientDynamics to other PCTs.

PatientDynamics continue to develop database-driven added-value services. Our investment in technology enables you to monitor the progress of local surveys as they happen, giving you the assurance that your investment is producing the results you require. Very soon we will be launching a range of tools to help communicate the survey results to patients.

PatientDynamics PCT summary reports and matrix provides an at a glance comparison of practices. This report can also be created as a separate project even if PatientDynamics didn’t do the surveys.
