Is the order Website secure?

We use industry standard 128 bit secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to encrypt sensitive information such as your credit card and other financial information.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

In the event that you forget your password, don't panic! Simply enter your email address on the login page, and click the “Email me my password” link.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 5 working days after the day you receive your products. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order please Contact Us as soon as possible.

If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us. They must be addressed to PatientDynamics Limited, 5, Nutfield Lane, High Wycombe, HP11 2ND. We will credit the price of the cancelled product, less a £35 administration fee, but unfortunately cannot refund our delivery charges to you.

What Warranty or Guarantee do you offer with my survey?

If you do need to return a product for return/replacement, please contact Customer Service. You will need to provide us with the original despatch note or other proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All PatientDynamics Limited orders are subject to a £7.25 delivery charge in the UK.

What happens if products are returned to you as undeliverable?

We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated in the details of your order. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we will refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less £15 in respect of our postal and administrative costs.

What are the payment options?

Credit/Debit card or cheque with order made payable to PatientDynamics Limited. We accept a range of credit/debit cards (including; MasterCard, Switch, VISA and Solo), to be entered on our secure site or given over the phone to a customer services representative.

What are cookies and why are they used?

We place a cookie, which is a small text file, on to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. This file enables us to collect aggregate usage statistics and enhance your future visits to the site. All we can do to the cookie is write data to it. We can’t make anything run on your PC.
